01 Program Overview

The Davi Rewards Program ("Program") allows eligible wholesale customers to earn points on qualifying purchases made through davidani.com. Accumulated points may be redeemed as a credit toward future orders, subject to the terms below.

02 Eligibility

• The Program is open to approved wholesale accounts in good standing.
• Participation is subject to Davi & Dani's account approval and may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms or the general wholesale agreement.
• Only one rewards account is permitted per registered business entity.

03 Earning Points

• Points may only be earned on purchases made directly through davidani.com. Orders placed through third-party platforms or other channels are not eligible for point accrual.
• Points are calculated based on the total amount paid after any discounts, promotions, or coupons have been applied, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
• Points are credited after an order is shipped and payment is confirmed.
• Points are not earned on taxes, shipping charges, or previously redeemed reward credits.
• Points earned on returned or cancelled orders will be deducted accordingly.

04 Redeeming Points

• Reward credits may only be applied toward future qualifying orders on davidani.com.
• Credits cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
• Reward credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Points can only be redeemed in increments of 1,000. A minimum of 1,000 points ($10) is required to redeem, and any additional points must also be used in multiples of 1,000.

05 Point Expiration

• Points expire 12 months from the date they were earned.
• Expired points are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Davi & Dani is not responsible for notifying customers of upcoming point expirations, though we may do so as a courtesy.

06 Account & Program Management

• Davi & Dani reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• In the event of Program discontinuation, customers will be given a reasonable opportunity to redeem outstanding eligible points.
• Points have no monetary value and do not constitute property of the account holder.
• Davi & Dani reserves the right to correct point balances in the event of errors.

07 Prohibited Activities

• Points may not be purchased, sold, bartered, or transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to fraudulently earn or redeem points may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

• By participating in the Davi Rewards Program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
• Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of accrued points.
• Continued participation in the Program constitutes acknowledgment that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
